TAFE SA Registration Forms

To ensure a smooth enrolment and any necessary withdrawals from your Western Technical College program, please be aware that TAFE SA, our training provider, has specific forms that must be used.

When you need to enrol in a course or if circumstances require you to withdraw, please ensure you use the correct form for the intended purpose. These essential forms must be completed and then sent by your home school to both the TAFE SA Schools Team at schools@tafesa.edu.au and Western Technical College administration at info@wtc.sa.edu.au.
