Our Mission

The Western Technical College is committed to serving its community by providing vocational education and training of the highest quality, catering to the pastoral needs of our school aged trainees, whilst operating within the context of our Catholic values and ethos. 

Our Vision

The Western Technical College will facilitate training that is reflective of best practice in vocational and technical education, informed by industry knowledge and experience, and underpinned by our work ready framework.

The Western Technical College will promote Technical and Vocational Education, to enrich the South Australian Certificate of Education and enhance pathways to trades and further education.

The Western Technical College will be a diverse learning community where relationships are grounded in Gospel values, individuals feel they belong, and all are encouraged to celebrate their personal excellence. It will be a community striving to forge strong partnerships with students, their families and the wider community and it will be responsive to industry requirements and apprenticeship needs.
